After my vehicle was unfortunately hit by a fork lift at a local lumber yard, I was worried about how the repairs would turn out. From the moment I walked in, the team at J&R made me feel welcomed and reassured. The customer service was outstanding! They took the time to explain the repair process thoroughly and kept me updated every step of the way. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. When I got my vehicle back, I was absolutely amazed! It looked as good as new—if not better! The quality of the work was impeccable, and they even went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. They not only were able to get everything repaired much faster than originally anticipated, but it is legitimately better than new. It's quieter and looks sharp as hell! Jake’s Collision Repair on Hampton Ave in St. Louis repaired the bumper on my 2010 Ford Escape years ago following a rear end collision. Very satisfied. Since then, fate has saw fit to undo their fine work with numerous driving hazards no fault of my own. Completely unrelated to that, today i stopped by to seek counsel on a wonky sliding door on my 1997 Chevy Astro Van. They are known to be problematic and one issue is the latch mechanism sticks causing the door not to close and latch. The service manager very kindly showed me the trick to unstick the latch and set it back to the open position so that it engages the hardware on the post.

You guys are amazing I just got my F150 back from the Hampton location and it was the best body work I’ve ever seen. Barb made the whole process so smooth and she was so helpful when I didn’t know what to do next. I will in the future be back for any of my body shop needs Thank you so much!!!!

I have had multiple repairs completed by J&R Collision and the service was always excellent! The personnel were always courteous and thorough in their work. The repairs were completed as they stated would be done by the estimate and they kept me updated on the process. The work was completed expeditiously and my vehicle always looked brand new when done. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any repairs done at all!
