Role:
A collision center Parts Manager oversees the ordering, receiving, tracking, and storage of necessary parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring timely availability and quality control to meet repair schedules and maintain inventory accuracy. Key duties include managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, maintaining accurate records, ensuring parts are undamaged and correctly matched to repair orders, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with prior automotive parts experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Parts Procurement:
Locate, order, and track all required parts, accessories, and shop consumables needed for vehicle repairs.
- Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels, control obsolescence, and ensure the parts department is organized and efficient.
- Quality Control:
Inspect all delivered parts for damage, correct part numbers, and ensure they are undamaged and accurate before installation.
- Vendor Management:

- Logistics and Receiving:
